Repost Deleter - Terms of Service
Last updated: September 25, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are the agreement between you and Sushmita Kumari ("we", "our", "us"), an independent app developer based in India, for your use of the Repost Deleter mobile application (the "App"). In some languages the App is shown under a translated name: Repost Remover, Borrar Compartidos, or Repost löschen. These Terms cover all of them.
Please read these Terms before you use the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the App.
1. Not Affiliated with TikTok
The App is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance. "TikTok" is a trademark of its owner and is used here only to describe what the App works with.
2. Who Can Use the App
You must be at least 13 years old, and at least the minimum age to use TikTok where you live. If you are not old enough to make a binding agreement where you live, you may use the App only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms for you. Only a parent or guardian may make purchases for a minor.
3. What the App Does
The App helps you clean your own TikTok profile. After you log in to TikTok on TikTok's own login page inside the App, the App finds the Reposts and Likes on your account and removes the ones you choose. You decide what to remove, and you can pause or stop a cleanup at any time. The App also includes a demo with sample videos, a history of your removals, filters, optional reminders, and invite codes.
Every action runs on your device, using your own TikTok login. The App does the same thing you could do by hand in TikTok, one item at a time. It does not post, follow, comment, or send messages, and it does not act on any account other than the one you logged in with.
4. Your TikTok Account and Your Responsibility
- Use the App only with a TikTok account that you own or are allowed to manage.
- You are responsible for your TikTok account and for following TikTok's own terms and rules.
- TikTok decides how its service works. It can change its website, limit how many actions an account can take, ask you to log in again, or restrict an account. We do not control TikTok and cannot promise that TikTok will accept every request.
- To lower the risk for your account, the App paces its requests and has daily limits. This lowers the risk but cannot remove it. You use the App at your own choice and risk.
5. Removals Are Permanent
A Repost or Like that the App removes cannot be restored by the App. Please check your selection before you start. If the video still exists, you can repost or like it again yourself in TikTok. TikTok may take some time to show a change on your profile. Some items cannot be removed, for example if the video was deleted or made private.
6. Free Use, Daily Limits, and Pro
The App is free to download and includes a daily number of free removals. The current limits are always shown in the App. Pro removes the daily limit. To protect your account, removals always stay paced, with Pro too, and the App may pause a cleanup if TikTok asks it to slow down. We may change the free limits and the pace to keep the App safe and working.
7. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
Pro is available as an auto-renewing subscription or as a one-time purchase. The exact plans and prices in your local currency are always shown in the App before you confirm, and those are the ones that apply.
- Plans: Weekly and Yearly are auto-renewing subscriptions. Lifetime is a single payment, not a subscription.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- A subscription renews automatically for the same length and price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple Account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your Apple Account settings (on iPhone: Settings > your name > Subscriptions). The App's Settings also has a button that takes you there. Canceling stops the next renewal; Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
- If a free trial is ever offered, its length is shown before you subscribe. It turns into a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. If you buy a subscription during a free trial, any unused part of the trial is forfeited.
- Pro belongs to your Apple Account, not to your TikTok account. You can restore it on another device with the same Apple Account using "Restore" in the App.
- Prices may change. Apple will tell you in advance where required, and ask for your agreement where needed.
- Apple handles all payments and refunds under its App Store terms. We cannot issue refunds ourselves; you can request one from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Consumer rights you have by law where you live are not affected.
8. Invite Codes
- The App may give you an invite code to share with friends. When a friend enters your code in the App after connecting their own TikTok account, you get extra free removals each day. The current reward is shown in the App.
- The person who enters a code does not get a reward for installing the App or entering the code.
- Each installation can enter a code only once. You cannot use your own code, and two people cannot use each other's codes.
- Invite rewards have no cash value. They cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for money.
- Do not create fake invites, for example with extra devices, reinstalls, or automated tools. We may remove rewards gained this way.
- We may change, pause, or end the invite program at any time.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App on a TikTok account that is not yours, or that you are not allowed to manage
- Use the App to break the law or TikTok's terms
- Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or resell the App, except where the law allows it
- Get around the App's limits, pacing, purchases, or invite rules
- Send automated or excessive requests to our invite server, or try to harm it
10. Your Data
Your TikTok login, your lists, and your history stay on your device. We do not receive your TikTok password. Our Privacy Policy, which you can open from the App's Settings, explains in full what the App collects and how you can delete it.
Because your history is stored only on your device, deleting the App, or using "Delete my data", removes it, and we cannot recover it for you.
11. Licence
We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, as allowed by the App Store Usage Rules. The App itself, including its name, design, code, and artwork, belongs to us and is protected by law. These Terms do not give you ownership of any part of it.
12. Third-Party Services
The App depends on services run by others, each with its own terms: TikTok (the account you clean), Apple (App Store and payments), Google Firebase (anonymous usage and crash data), and Cloudflare (our invite server). We are not responsible for these services, their availability, or their content.
13. Availability and Changes
The App needs an internet connection and needs TikTok to be reachable. TikTok is not available in every country, and in those places the App cannot connect to your account. We may add, change, or remove features, stop supporting older iOS versions, or stop offering the App. If TikTok changes its service, some features may stop working until we update the App, or may not come back.
14. Disclaimer
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise that the App will always work, be free of errors, find every Repost or Like, or remove every item you select, or that TikTok will not restrict your account. Some places do not allow some warranties to be excluded, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, content, followers, or profits. This includes any action TikTok takes on your account, and any Repost or Like you chose to remove. Where our liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
16. Indemnity
You agree to cover us for claims, damages, and reasonable costs that come from your misuse of the App, from using it on an account that is not yours, or from breaking these Terms.
17. Ending These Terms
You can stop using the App at any time by deleting it. If you have a subscription, cancel it in your Apple Account settings as described in Section 7. We may end or suspend your use of the App if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, or if the law requires it. Sections that should continue by their nature, such as the disclaimer, limitation of liability, and indemnity, continue after these Terms end.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, you also keep any protection that the mandatory laws of the country where you live give you, including the right to bring a claim in your local courts where the law allows it.
19. Apple App Store Terms
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you also agree to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. In addition:
- These Terms are between you and us only, not with Apple. We, not Apple, are responsible for the App and its content.
- Your licence to use the App is limited to Apple devices that you own or control, as allowed by the App Store Usage Rules.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
- If the App fails to meet any warranty that applies, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the App to you, if any. To the maximum extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the App.
- Apple is not responsible for any claims by you or a third party relating to the App, including product liability claims, claims that the App does not meet a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims under consumer protection, privacy, or similar laws.
- If a third party claims that the App infringes their intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, are responsible for investigating, defending, settling, and discharging that claim.
- You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- You must follow the terms of any third-party service you use with the App, such as TikTok's terms and your mobile data plan.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Once you accept these Terms, Apple has the right to enforce them against you.
20. Other Terms
If any part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we do not give it up. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and, where it applies, Apple's agreement named in Section 19, are the whole agreement between you and us about the App. We may update these Terms when the App or the law changes. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the current version. If a change is important, we will make it clear in the App or on this page. If you keep using the App after an update, you accept the new Terms.
